Domestic orders under $150 will incur a $10 delivery charge for standard shipping or $15 for express shipping. 

Free standard shipping for orders over $150 within Australia. 

Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to be processed.

We ship our products using Australia Post. The guidelines for express are 1-4 business days and standard 2-8 business days.

Returns

If you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us at hello@yourownethos.com within 7 business days of purchase to request an exchange. The exchange request must include a description of the fault as well as supporting images. The quality of our products, and a happy customer is of the utmost importance to us and we welcome this feedback. 

If you are unhappy with the size you have selected, you may also request an exchange at hello@yourownethos.com. To qualify for an exchange, our products must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging in tact.

Unfortunately, we can not offer returns for change of mind, or on sale items, and we appreciate your understanding.

If your desired product is no longer in stock, you will be offered a refund.
